01License
Panocl LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pico on devices you own or control, for your own personal and non-commercial study.
02Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Pico, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law. You may not rent, lease, redistribute, sublicense or resell the app or any of its components. Commercial use requires prior written permission from Panocl LTD.
03Intellectual property
The name "Pico", the Pico logo, the app's visual design, interface, source code, icons and written content are owned by Panocl LTD and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The content you create inside the app — your topics, cards, notes and study materials — remains yours.
04No warranty
Pico is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific study goal.
05Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panocl LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Pico, including but not limited to lost study progress, missed exams, or lost data — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
06Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using Pico and remove the app from your device.
07Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Panocl LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
